Entering her 8th season, Coach Tracy is all about building athletes who believe bigger, work harder, and compete with purpose.  She focuses on elite fundamentals, high standards, and unshakable confidence because good isn’t the goal, great is. Coach Tracy believes coaches have the opportunity- and responsibility- to be role models who help shape strong, disciplined, confident young people.  She surrounds her athletes with coaches and mentors who push them, believe in them, and invest in who they’re becoming on and off the field.
